The Hank Burdine's Blues and Greens Festival is an annual event located in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

The festival was established support blues musicians by promoting the hospitality, food, history and the talents of all the people in the Mississippi Delta. 

BB&G is a family style festival with all local and authentic atmosphere.

The Story of the Delta Black Bear

The black bear is on the come back in the Mississippi Delta. Hear the stories of how the Delta was de-rivered, denuded and deforested in two generations and learn about Theodore Roosevelts adventures in the Delta and the origin of the teddy bear. \

Some of the greatest bear hunting in the U.S. was done right below Hopson Plantation at Bobo, Mississippi. Author James McCaferty will talk about Captain Robert Eager Bobo and the bears of Coahoma and Sunflower counties

Through conservative measures and land restoration the bears are back, right where they belong, in the Mississippi Delta.
